What is Talk Threads?
Talk Threads is a connection company using the comfort of clothing to spark conversation and bring people together. Customized with 4 icons representing your interests/hobbies, to help you connect with others based on shared interests - so your clothing “talks first”.
After you get the item, you also get access to a private online community where you display your 4 icons and chat with people who share your passions.
This isn’t just about fashion, t’s about connection: making friends, finding people who share your interests, and getting recommendations for all your favorite things, with the people you pass by every single day.
How do returns work?
Because each piece is custom-made, we do not offer returns unless the product arrives damaged or isn’t up to your standards. If that happens, please reach out to us at talkthreadsinfo@gmail.com- we’d love to help and hear your feedback!
Can I order less than 4 icons?
Not right now. At this time, all designs include exactly 4 icons. But always feel free to reach out!
Can I choose two or more of the same icon?
Yes! If you really love one hobby or interest, you can repeat the same icon up to 4 times. (Perfect gift idea for the person who’s truly obsessed with fishing, yoga, or whatever they love most!)
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and product, but most orders arrive in 8–12 days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is processed so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if you don’t have an icon I want?
If you don’t see an icon you want, you can request one! Just email us at talkthreadsinfo@gmail.com and we can help create a specific icon if needed!
What else should I know?
Custom print-on-demand products = meaning prices are a bit higher and shipping might take a little longer while we continue to grow!
